Penn Medicine offers several convenient and secure options for paying your medical bills. You can make payments online through your MyPennMedicine account, where you can view detailed statements, track previous payments, and set up payment plans. Simply log in to your MyPennMedicine portal, navigate to the Billing section, and select Pay Bill to complete your payment using a credit card, debit card, or electronic bank transfer.

If you prefer, you can also pay by mail using the address listed on your billing statement or by phone through the Penn Medicine Patient Billing Office. In-person payments are accepted at most Penn Medicine hospital and clinic billing departments. For added convenience, MyPennMedicine also allows you to sign up for paperless billing and receive electronic statements directly to your account.
