MyPennMedicine Login – Penn Medicine MyChart

The MyPennMedicine login patient portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can conveniently manage your health anytime.

To sign in:

  1. Visit the official MyPennMedicine Login Page. Copy https://secure.mypennmedicine.org/MyPennMedicine/Authentication/Login
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Click Sign In to access your account.

If you’re a new user, simply click “New User? Sign Up Now on the login page to begin creating your account. You may use an activation code from your provider or request access online without one.

Forgot Username or Password?

If you cannot remember your login information:

  • Click the Forgot Login Information link under the login form
  • Then choose “Forgot Username?” or “Forgot Password?” link options.
  • Provide your personal details such as your full name, date of birth, and zip code.
  • Complete identity verification to reset your password or recover your username.
